Clarity is a personal wellness tool built for your eyes only. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
Everything you enter in Clarity — including habits, detox goals, mood logs, notes, and custom icons — is stored locally on your device only . We have no access to this data at any time.
The app may use Google Play Services for core functionality and Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix app crashes. These services may collect anonymous device identifiers to ensure app stability.
Please review Google's Privacy Policy for full details on how these services operate.
Clarity is fully free and shows no ads by default. From Settings, you can choose to enable two optional ways to support development: showing ads, or subscribing as a recurring donation. Both are off until you turn them on.
If you enable ads, our advertising provider may collect data such as your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Android Advertising ID), approximate location, device information, and ad interaction events to serve and measure ads. You can review and revoke these permissions in your device settings at any time.
If you subscribe, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your payment details. Apple and Google share with us only the receipt information needed to confirm and manage your subscription.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because no user data is collected by us at all, Clarity is fully compliant with COPPA by design.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. We recommend checking back periodically.
