By downloading or using Clarity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all features including habit tracking, detox goals, and mood logging.

Clarity is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the app in a lawful manner and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Clarity.

Clarity helps you build positive habits and break unhealthy patterns through self-tracking tools. The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

The mood logging feature is designed as a personal journaling and self-awareness tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services.

Clarity is fully free. Every feature is available to every user, with no paywalls and no required ads. From Settings, you can choose to support development in two optional ways:

• Enable ads inside the app (you can disable them at any time).
• Subscribe as a recurring donation.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play according to their terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your Apple ID or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.

Neither option is required to use any feature of Clarity.

All content, design, graphics, and code within Clarity are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

Clarity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
